I’m Kim — a passionate Nordic Walking and FLexercise instructor, Lowland Leader, Hill & Moorland Leader, and lifelong lover of the outdoors. For more than 16 years, I’ve been leading group walks and helping people discover the joy, confidence, and connection that come from keeping fit and walking in nature.

My sessions are more than just exercise and walking — they’re about community, confidence, and taking time for yourself. Whether we’re exercising, walking around the park, exploring the dramatic coastline of the Gower or wandering the rolling trails of the Brecon Beacons, every fitness class and walk is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable for all abilities.

As a trained Hill & Moorland Leader, I bring knowledge, care, and safety to every adventure, so you can relax and focus on the experience — breathing in fresh air, soaking up the scenery, and connecting with others. Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, build strength, or simply spend more time outdoors, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
